As a designer by trade, Jordan brings a unique eye to his photography, blending creativity with an appreciation for detail and composition. He hopes his work brings a touch of beauty and inspiration to your life.

The California Spring Series

The current collection on exhibition at Demitasse captures an exceptionally rainy springtime in California. Jordan comments, "I moved to California last year, and I learned from longtime Angelenos that the landscapes I’ve photographed this spring, particularly in Southern California, are unusually verdant and floral." This is evident in the sunset photo at Baldwin Hills, seen through the abundance of bush sunflowers, and the shot of the Malibu mountains covered in green grass.

In late May, Jordan Stombaugh visited Big Sur just days after the north entrance of Highway 1 reopened following the mudslides that had closed the area off to outside visitors. Many remarked on how quiet the area was for that time of year, and he felt fortunate to experience the beauty of this area for the first time.

Jordan states, "I believe this collection captures a moment in time, with landscapes transformed by the atmospheric river events that hit California this spring." Jordan is grateful for the beauty of nature witnessed this year and is excited to have the opportunity to share it with others.

Guests are invited to visit Demitasse to view the exhibition Sunday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 5 PM. All artwork is available for purchase. For questions or inquires, please contact Esteban at Esteban@S7CAG.com.
